Currently we have two projects under construction: the lake house and the streamside bungalow. Each will be available for nightly, weekly and monthly rentals coming in 2021-2022. Links will be available as soon as the properties are available for use.

Lake House

This four-bedroom, two full bath house sits 20 feet away from Lake Muskoday in Roscoe NY. With all modern amenities, this is the perfect option for a larger group or those looking to be directly on a picturesque lake. The house will feature a large wrap-around deck with half of it being screened in. The estimated completion date for the lake house is 2021.

Streamside Bungalow

Our streamside house is located along Campbell Brook in Corbett NY. The streamside house will sleep two and is directly on the brook with fire pit and modern amenities. The house sits just a quarter mile away from the famous Corbett Bridge, which is modeled after the Brooklyn Bridge and spans the East Branch of the Delaware River.
