Background
Hackett Fly Fishing is owned and operated by Matthias Hackett. Born and raised in Pawling NY, Matt grew up in his local fly shop and he has been chasing trout his entire life. Matt cut his teeth on the waters of the Tenmile and Croton watersheds as well as the Housatonic. It did not take long before his passion for trout fishing led him to the Upper Delaware River System. Matt resides on the east branch.
